Head of School Welcome
Welcome to Meadowbrook!

As you navigate our website, you will learn that Meadowbrook is celebrating a milestone. In 2019, we celebrated 100 years of educating elementary-aged children. As much as we are proud of our rich history, we are even more excited about our future. With a new mission in place, the school is ready to advance all aspects of our program.
In our diverse, cohesive community, we prepare students for their next steps by cultivating intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth. Our interwoven approach to curriculum fosters confident, compassionate, and creative learners.
We believe this philosophy statement provides a perfect framework for faculty to develop a strong academic and social foundation for each student. Even more so, this statement highlights the goals we value most. Each day, we ask your children to come to school with an open mind. We celebrate their successes and honor their courage. We emphasize trying something new, developing empathy, and giving back to the community. We expect our students to live by The Golden Rule.

From as early as 3 years of age, children begin a journey at Meadowbrook that builds their confidence and self-esteem and further develops their character and intellectual curiosity. The faculty and staff bring life to learning both inside and outside of the classroom. From learning Spanish and coding to creating makerspace projects and playing sports, Meadowbrook students are prepared for their next steps.

With 100 years of proven academic excellence, we know what it takes to develop a child’s passion for learning. We have fun! We know that children learn best when they feel supported, encouraged, and challenged. Our teachers love what they do, and they share their talents and enthusiasm every day. It is no wonder our graduates still call Meadowbrook their home away from home.

Enjoy perusing our website. I look forward to meeting you when you come discover Meadowbrook for yourself.
