Education Pathways
Real-world learning experiences connecting students with careers in education.
Education Pathways is a dynamic program designed to connect students with real-world learning experiences. Through internships, community service opportunities, and student shadow days, participants explore career interests, build valuable skills, and engage meaningfully with our school community.

Internship Program (College Students)
The Internship Program gives college students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children in a supportive and engaging environment. Designed for students pursuing careers in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Service Learning Program (Grades 9–12)
High school students earn service learning hours while gaining hands-on experience in an elementary school setting. Participants assist teachers and program staff with classroom activities, tutoring, and enrichment programs while developing leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Student Shadow Program (Grades 9–12)
High school students can shadow Meadowbrook teachers and staff to explore education as a career. This immersive experience provides insight into classroom management, lesson planning, and the daily life of an educator.
