Family-Style Dining
The lunch program at Meadowbrook is truly special! Children of all grade levels sit together, along with a teacher, for a family-style meal that is served to the table by our "waiters" (our 3rd–6th grade students). Our family-style dining is an important school tradition that fosters community, encourages healthy eating and contributes to The Meadowbrook Way.
We are pleased to have CulinArt lead our lunch program. This food management company has a great reputation in the industry and offers nutritious and enjoyable meals to our student body.
Lunch Program Fees
Required program, not included in tuition. 2026–2027 rates:
Community Building
Students dine together across grade levels, building bonds and social skills in a warm environment.
Nutrition-Focused
Balanced, seasonal menus designed by professional chefs with accommodations for allergies and dietary needs.
Student Leadership
Upper-school students serve as table waiters, practicing responsibility, service, and leadership.

An all-new dining experience at The Meadowbrook School
CulinArt Group provides innovative dining solutions to help students eat and live well. Each and every school day, CulinArt presents a nutritious and satisfying family-style meal. As a food-first company, their recipes are prepared with whole, natural ingredients.
CulinArt purchases produce and goods from local Pennsylvania farms and sources proteins from suppliers that promote the humane welfare of farm animals. Their shell eggs are Certified Humane Cage-Free, and they procure proteins with minimal (or free from) chemicals and antibiotics.
Their signature 'Eat Well' menu program is comprised of recipes that incorporate naturally flavorful and nutritious foods prepared with healthful cooking methods. They use spices and herbs so that students get more of what they need: necessary nutrients, fabulous flavor, and pleasing presentation.
Food Rules at Meadowbrook

- 2.Use good table manners and be respectful of others.
- 3.Talk quietly and include everyone in conversation.
- 4.Wait for everyone to be served before eating.
- 5.Take what you want, but eat what you take.
- 6.Say 'please' and 'thank you' to your waiters.
- 7.Clean up after yourself and help your tablemates.

Wellness Wednesdays & Try it Tuesdays
Students are introduced to new tastes while learning about the benefits of superfoods, eating more fruits & veggies, and how foods affect mood and balance.
Trend Tuesdays & Guest Chef Series
Special events keep the dining program fresh and on-trend, including visits from Registered Dietitians and wellness experts.
Cultural Celebrations
We celebrate diversity through food, with special menus in recognition of cultural heritage months.
Fun Theme Days
Our dining team celebrates theme days like Halloween, Lunar New Year, NFL Opening Day, and many more throughout the year.
Waste Not Program
CulinArt is mindful of food waste. Their 'Waste Not' program tracks kitchen production, and students are encouraged to be mindful too…
